Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer customers a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when the customer received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase that the customer might have received through email or the order number.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, and it is at the sole discretion of Prasino Packaging LLP:
Once the return is received and inspected, we will send the customer an email to notify them that we have received the returned item. We will also notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the refund.
If the return is approved, then the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the customer’s credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds
If the customer hasn’t received a refund yet, it’s advised to first check the bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. Next, contact the bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If there is any other issue, then the customer needs to email us at support@prasinopackaging.com
To return the product in case it is damaged or defective, the customer should mail the product to us after sending the email and getting a resolution from us if mailing the product is advised by us.

The customer will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs of returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the customer receives a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Depending on where the customer lives, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach them may vary.
If the customer is returning more expensive items, they may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
